How to clean the sponge cushion of the office chair?

There are three things to keep in mind when cleaning:
1. Do not overheat: Do not use overheated water, which will solidify the stains. Do not use a high-end hair dryer to blow directly, it will burn the sponge pad.
2. Don't get too wet: don't use too much water, the sponge pad of the office chair cushion is difficult to dry, and the too wet water soaked in the cotton pad for a long time will easily become damp and moldy.
3. Do not use too much cleaning agent: a small amount of cleaning agent is enough, and using too much residue on the fabric will shorten the life of the fabric.
Three steps in the cleaning process:
1. Remove floating dust: If there is a vacuum cleaner at home, it is very convenient. You can take the vacuum cleaner to absorb the dust attached to the chair. If you don't have a vacuum cleaner, tap it manually or with a hanger.
2. Remove stubborn stains: After the floating ash is finished, it is time to clean up those old stains. It could be a drink you accidentally dripped, or soup from outside, or your sweat.
(1) First take a clean cloth and dampen it with water. Be careful not to get too wet, and wring it dry enough that it doesn't drip.
(2) Then dip in a small amount of dry cleaning solution or water-based cleaner, and gently wipe the stained area several times. Too much force may damage the surface of the fabric.
(3) Then rinse the cloth, wring out the water, and wipe twice to remove the residual detergent.
3. Air-drying: After cleaning, remember to air-dry in time to avoid moisture and mildew. You can put it in a ventilated place, or blow it with an electric fan, or use a hair dryer, but pay attention to the temperature of the hair dryer not to be too high.
The seat cushion is not recommended to be washed with water, and the non-removable sponge pad is really difficult to dry.
